Emily knows that speaking is the best way to learn a language. She is a TEFL qualified, British native speaker, studying for her degree in English Language and Linguistics. Emily enjoys teaching English as it allows leaners to experience language and culture from a native speaker but also allows her to communicate with a range of students. Emily has experience in teaching English in the UK and Spain. She incorporates fun and engaging aspects of English and its culture into her lessons and works with her students to plan their own, individual lessons around their wants and needs, supplying them with a range of materials. Being a student herself, Emily has a very flexible schedule and has the time to focus on your learning. Emily is approachable and friendly and knows that building a strong relationship with her students is the key to happy and successful learning. She is passionate about language learning and volunteers in a local primary school, developing children’s speaking and reading abilities. Emily’s interests include travelling, going to the theatre and baking (she has lots of British recipes to share with you)
