William is a native speaker of American English. He possesses a bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master’s degree Health Administration from two Philadelphia Universities. William is an experienced and professional teacher with 25 year experience of teaching students at the university level. Currently he is working as a writer, and has launched a blog entitled Russian Interactions, where he writes about his trip to Russia and the various Russian friends he has met both on line and in Russia. He is a really flexible and resourceful tutor who is interested in achievements made by his students. He also enjoys teaching English to foreigners online because it enables him to meet people from all over the world and experience new cultures! William has been to Russia and has friends there. He is a successful writer with lots of publications on technical subjects, as well as an historical fiction novel. One of his recent publication is "Through All the World Betrays Thee" William’s hobbies include studying foreign languages and the American Civil War.
